A refurbishment and fit out company who design and create extraordinary spaces are looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Leeds. They are looking for someone who will be able to join the team and provide excellent service.
The work is on office projects ranging from 1 to 5 million work is office fit out and external works i.e. window schemes.
Job Description:
* Lead a project team consisting of commercial, design and site operational staff to deliver projects successfully
* Work with the commercial team to manage and monitor against project budget
* Develop and maintain live construction phase plan
* Assisting the commercial team with scoping out and procuring sub-contractor to deliver packages of work in line with procurement plan
* Setting up suitable site welfare, security and logistics in line with the tender plan
* Delegate and manage a site team of managers, supervisor’s ad operatives to ensure the project is effectively managed in terms of safety, quality and programme
* Planning and co-ordinator work in line with the programme
* Monitor and manage performance of the supply change and cost
* Set up systems to ensure delivery of key targets of sustainability and environment requirements
* Set up and manage the handover process
Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar position
* 5 + years as a Project Manager
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work
* Experience on Fit-Out and External projects
* Any other qualifications are a bonus
