Are you seeking a new Opportunity to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor?

A major Tier 1 Contractor who are known for delivering prestigious projects are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team on an exciting new project due to start 2025.

About the role

This large-scale industrial project features a substantial groundworks package with 500,000 Sqft of industrial space, as part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project.

Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager

Oversee all phases of the project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Lead a multidisciplinary team including Project Manager, Senior Site Manager, Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors
Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
Monitor progress, financial and project milestones, reporting regularly to senior leadership
Requirements for the Senior Project Manager

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager

Must have previous experience in the Industrial and Logistics Sector
Proven track record of delivering construction projects ideally within a tier 1 environment
CSCS card and 1st Aid and SMSTS
Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills,
A deep understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations and project management best practices
Ability to work in a fast paced in environment

What we offer

Salary: £100,000 - £120,000
