Are you a qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA)? This could be the perfect opportunity for you! Join a rapidly growing and successful sustainability consultancy that is looking for an experienced OCDEA to work remotely, contributing from day one.

The ideal candidate will:

Have at least two years of experience in a similar role
Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Have the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
Ideally have experience writing sustainability reports and strategies
Be familiar with planning and Part L building regulationsKey Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships
Deliver a high volume of SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure client compliance with Part L and timely EPC issuance
Provide high-quality consultancy services and written reports at the land purchase and planning stages to meet planning requirements
Leverage team resources to ensure clients receive prompt, high-quality advice and assessmentsWhat our client offers:
