Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with our valued clients.
Proactively anticipate and address client needs and concerns.
Provide timely and accurate information and support.
Administrative Excellence:
Efficiently manage client portfolios and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare comprehensive client reports and documentation.
Coordinate and organise client meetings and events.
Operational Efficiency:
Streamline administrative processes to maximise efficiency.
Utilise technology to improve productivity and accuracy.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals. What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational and time management skills
At least 2-5 years experience working as an administrator within a financial planning environment
Planning and Client Liaison Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A keen eye for detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
