PMO / Supply Chain Operations

Salary: to £94,000 + Excellent suite of benefits + Flexible working including hybrid WFH

Accordingly, a newly created role has been created for a highly capable PMO Manager focused on delivering large-scale warehouse automation capital investment projects is sought.

This high profile role will require the individual to co-ordinate business wide stakeholders, worldwide to achieve key milestones in a complex, multi-phase programme ensuring the solution meets the needs of the business.

The Role

Actively manage and where necessary escalate risks, issues and other dependencies – creating suitable action plans to rectify and ensure delivery of the project.

Identify and drive efficiency opportunities across programmes, ensuring resources are utilised in the most effective way.

Maintain standards plus working relationships with all external partners and suppliers.

 Ensure the Project meets or exceeds the required levels of availability, performance and delivery against agreed objectives.

Management of Capex budget through to delivery.

Development and presentation of proposals and reports with supporting business cases.

The Person

PMO Management and structured environment including direct Project and/or Programme Management experience including stakeholder management at all levels.

Direct sector experience of high volume / automated logistics or distribution environments – 3PL, FMCG, Retail or similar.

Ability to handle multiple project strands and moving deadlines within a dynamic working environment while managing a volume of data and creating reporting templates.
