Day to day, you will be responsible for delivery training modules and hands-on instruction. No prior training experience is necessary, as the organization is committed to developing individuals with the relevant experience into this role. Your daily tasks will encompass teaching both theoretical and practical aspects of Mechanical Engineering, maintaining training materials, assessing trainee performance, and ensuring the well-being of trainees during training sessions, including equipment maintenance within your qualifications and experience.

THE ROLE:
Deliver training modules and supervise practical instruction in Marine Electrical Engineering, even without prior training experience, with a focus on developing relevant expertise.
Teach theoretical and practical aspects of Marine Electrical Engineering, maintain training materials, and assess trainee performance.
Ensure trainee well-being during training and handle user-level equipment maintenance, aligning with your qualifications and experience.
