Part-Time Marketing Manager Opportunity
Salary: £30 - £40K (pro-rata’ed)
Location: Leamington
Are you a marketing professional looking for a flexible, rewarding role? We’re seeking a Part-Time Marketing Manager to help drive the marketing strategy of our client’s business.
Hours: 16 hours per week, with flexibility around when these hours are worked
Hybrid Work: Whilst primarily office-based as a manufacturer, hybrid working is an option. You’ll have the autonomy to choose the best work environment to support business goals and for you to deliver to the best of your ability.
About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee and enhance marketing initiatives, working closely with external agencies, internal sales team, and will be reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on their brand and growth strategies.
What You’ll Bring
Experience collaborating with external agencies to drive customer acquisition.
A strong understanding of how digital marketing integrates with business objectives.
Proven ability to evaluate marketing efforts and optimise ROI.
Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Suite.
Expertise in analysing customer insights, trends, and market data to shape strategies.
A metrics-driven mindset with a flair for creativity.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Bonus Skills
Experience with graphic design and producing printed collateral.
Knowledge of exhibition planning and booking.
Photography and video production expertise would be a great advantage.
