Responsibilities within your new role as the Senior Business Development Manager
As a Senior Business Development Manager, your role involves a comprehensive sales process, including identifying new business opportunities through outreach strategies and social networking. You will manage leads via a CRM, secure at least five weekly sales meetings, and close deals through tailored proposals and agreements. Collaborating with technical and project teams, you’ll ensure smooth client onboarding, handle billing, and maintain client relationships for upselling and referrals.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing B2B sales or consultancy, a solid understanding of PPC, Social, and SEO, and a proven ability to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and think creatively. You should excel at working independently, prioritising impactful tasks, and effectively communicating specialised topics to clients. Strong client relationship skills, a willingness to challenge processes, and a drive for innovation are essential.
