About the Role:

As COO, you will lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring that the processes, teams, and strategies are fully optimised to deliver growth and exceptional customer experiences. Reporting directly to the Founder, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of the business and taking it to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless delivery across departments.
Lead team development, hiring, and fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
Drive growth in e-commerce and retail sales, leveraging data-driven marketing strategies and enhancing the direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience.
Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand the brand's retail footprint and market presence.
Identify and execute opportunities for sustainable growth, ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive market.What We're Looking For

Multiple & Extensive years proven experience scaling a brand and team, ideally in e-commerce, D2C, or retail industries.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing cross-functional teams.
Expertise in marketing, sales strategies, retail partnerships, and operational management.
Passion for sustainability, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
