Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours (Saturday shifts - 9am until 12pm twice a month)

Salary: £24k - £26k dependant on experience - opportunity to progress

Are you a driven and organised individual with excellent customer service skills? Our client, a leading organisation in their industry, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will contribute to their success by ensuring smooth processes, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service to customers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organisation that values teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Source, purchase, and manage requirements of the business, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
Prepare and submit accurate and competitive quotations to potential customers.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Develop strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring the best value for our clients.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms, ensuring cost-effective solutions for our customers.
Maintain accurate and regular status reports on activities, providing updates to the sales team and management.
Troubleshoot any customer issues that arise and collaborate with the team to find appropriate solutions.Requirements:

Proven experience in Customer Service or administrative role keen to learn and grow with a Company.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
