Job Description
GBRS are currently seeking an Administration Manager to work with our client in Yatton.
The main duties will include:
* General admin duties
* Printing / filing documents
* Filling in health and safety reports
* Organising cleaners for site
* Booking hotels for workers on site staying away from home
* Calling customers
You will act as a PA to the director.
Full training will be provided but as an admin manager, they are looking for someone with previous experience to hit the ground running.
The working hours for this role are: Monday-Friday - 08:00-17:00
This is a Temporary-Permanent position, after completing a 3-month qualifying period, the client will look to employ you directly on a salaried contract, until then you will be paid weekly by GBRS.
Due to where the role is based, you will be required to drive to and from work, you must hold a driving license.
