Kitchen staff required for various school kitchens

Blue Arrow are recruiting for kitchen assistants to work in schools in Hemel Hempstead, Watford and St Albans.

Working in a school kitchen means you can work around your personal life, family life and children, working within school hours, weekdays and term time only.

Ongoing long-term work available. Various daily or weekly assignments. Covering different schools in Hemel Hempstead, Watford and St Albans.

Hours of work can be between 9am-3pm, 10am- 2pm, and 9.30am-2.30pm with a pay rate between £11.44 - £12.00 per hour.
We also have full time and weekend work available if you are wanting to pick up extra hours.

Duties will include:
Basic kitchen assistant duties
Basic food preparation
Washing up
Counter service and till work
Basic cleaning duties

In order to work within a school, you will be required to obtain a DBS police check certificate at a cost of £48.50. The DBS can be processed via Blue Arrow.
