What's involved?
As the Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will support the Kitchen Manager in managing and developing your team and Menus. Training and supporting the team will be key and ensuring that all the food leaving the kitchen is the best that it can be.
You'll work with the Team supporting the kitchen manager doing all manner of jobs including prep at all stations
You'll need some kitchen and junior management experience but your attitude, standards, passion and enthusiasm is key.
