Who We’re Looking For:
As a Technical Product Expert (Subject Matter Expert), you will be responsible for providing demos, advanced technical
support and domain expertise to our European customers. Your role will involve helping our customers troubleshooting complex 4G and 5G network issues across RAN, CORE, and IMS domains with the use of the platform.
In addition, you may from time-to-time support our sales team with customer demos and technical discussions. You must have experience with tools such as Wireshark, NetScout, Viavi, Elisa-Polystar, Ericsson and Radcom.
You must be deeply knowledgeable in the analysis of PCAP files.
• Provide technical expertise and support for the platform, ensuring optimal understanding and efficiency for our customers' networks.
• Assist troubleshooting and resolve 4G and 5G network issues from RAN to CORE to IMS leveraging our client's platform.
• Help integrate network analytics tools like Wireshark, NetScout, Viavi, Elisa-Polystar, Ericsson and
Radcom with our client's platform.
• Analyze network PCAPs to identify and enhance network scenarios that should be added to my client's use cases
• Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to enhance their understanding and use the product.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in network technologies and tools.
• Support our sales team with customer demos and technical deep dives.
What You’ll Need:
• Extensive experience in troubleshooting 4G and 5G networks, specifically within RAN, CORE, and IMS domains.
• Proficiency in using network analytics tools such as Wireshark, NetScout, Viavi, Elisa-Polystar, Ericsson, and Radcom.
• In-depth experience with network packet analyser tools such as Wireshark, Tshark, Ethereal, Anritsu or network PCAPs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
• Fluent in German and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor or master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience and 4 years in a similar role.
• Relevant positions in network troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Experience working with network analytics tools.
• Experience with software development using Python.
