Junior 1st Line Support Analyst
A fantastic opportunity for an Junior 1st Line Support Analyst to join one of the regions most exciting and recognised businesses on a permanent basis.
As the IT Support Analyst, you will act as the first point of contact for IT queries as well as providing world class customer service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a enthusiasic Junior IT Analyst at the start of their career, looking for a role where they will be encouraged to grow.
Based onsite in Southwold, Suffolk and with some occasional travel, a driving licence and car is essential.
Key responsibilities.
• Ensure service desk requests are logged, actioned and escalated appropriately
• Provide 1st Level technical support within a Windows environment
• Manage user accounts and permission requests across multiple platforms
• Diagnose and resolve issues remotely, via telephone or on-site
• Maintain a high level of customer service
Key skills.
• Previous experience within an IT Support position
• Good knowledge of Windows / Microsoft / Active Directory
• Excellent customer service skills
• Any knowledge of JD Edwards, Guestline, ERP an advantage
