As the job is hands-on it would ideally suit someone physically fit with energy and enthusiasm, able to work alone or as part of a team. Experience in using a range of machinery would be helpful as compact tractors, hedge cutters, strimmers, edgers and a ride-on and pedestrian mower are regularly in use.

It would be of benefit if you have experience in a similar role and/or a horticultural qualification and plant knowledge.
