About the Role:

As a Midwife, you will provide high-quality care to expectant mothers, their families, and newborns during the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll be instrumental in promoting natural childbirth, supporting complex cases, and advocating for the best outcomes for both mother and baby.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, evidence-based, and compassionate midwifery care.
Provide holistic antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal support.
Empower families through education and emotional support.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to manage both routine and high-risk pregnancies.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to NMC standards.What We're Looking For:

Registered Midwife (NMC Registration).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to delivering person-centred care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Flexibility to work across multiple locations and shifts.
