Job Description
Commissioning Supervisor required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Norway.
Responsibilities:
Support the commissioning manager in review of the outfitting, electrical installation, test, and commissioning schedule.
Coordinate site activities and work and collaboration based on the schedule.
Perform day-to-day supervision and coordination interfaces between installation and commissioning contractors.
Optionally support scope engineers in witnessing of FAT.
Carry out supervision and quality assurance during site deliveries, outfitting, and electrical installation of LV, HVAC, HVDC, HVC, protection, SCADA, communication, mechanical, and safety systems.
Align with and update back-office scope engineers in relation to progress and quality of work and test.
Requirements
Having an electrical vocational or engineering, or a marine engineering background.
Possess experience and competencies within the following electrical/electromechanical fields: Low voltage and building utilities, high voltage (AC and DC) equipment and protection systems, electromechanical and automated safety systems, SCADA and communication systems.
Experience with onshore and/or offshore substation outfitting, electrical installation, test, and commissioning
