Key Responsibilities

* Order Management: Process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in customer details and payment information.

* Invoicing: Generate and issue sales transaction invoices promptly.

* Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries via phone or email, providing excellent service and resolving issues efficiently.

* Shipping Coordination: Manage orders and oversee logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.

* Database Maintenance: Maintain and update sales and customer records accurately.

* Sales Reporting: Prepare and compile monthly reports to track performance metrics and trends.

* Internal Communication: Liaise with other departments to expedite orders and share customer feedback.

* Product Development Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for expanding the product range.

* Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks as needed.

* Adaptability: Take on additional responsibilities as required in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Skills & Requirements

* Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar Sales Support role, ideally within FMCG.

* Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and other relevant software.

* Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyse them effectively.

* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.

* A team player with a high level of dedication and a proactive approach.

* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* A qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
