In this role you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality products by following precise work instructions and adhering to strict quality standards, helping to make a tangible difference in the healthcare sector.
What You’ll Do:
* Operate embroidery and sewing machines, prepare components, and perform intricate hand-sewing tasks.
* Undertake sub-assembly manufacturing, final assembly of delivery systems and assist with packaging.
* Learn and develop new production techniques, assist in creating work instructions, and contribute to training and process improvements.
* Maintain cleanroom standards to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures and written instructions accurately.
* Experience working with a microscope
* Strong manual dexterity for handling intricate assembly and sewing tasks.
* Experience working in cleanroom environments is desirable but not essential.
