Alliance Personnel are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to one of their clients based in Birmingham, B66.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office software.

Job Purpose:

Answering telephone and door to visitors and callers while continuing to support the office with general administration tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

* Answering telephone and directing calls to the relevant team members

* Greeting visitors to the site

* Processing customer orders.

* Communicating and confirming deliveries with customers

* Providing general customer service support

* Providing general administrative tasks to support the business as directed by senior management.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

* Must have a strong and pleasant telephone manner

* Must have competent knowledge of Microsoft excel and word.

* Strong letter writing skills.

* Must be neat and conscientious

* Takes pride in work and appearance

* Helpful and caring nature

* Energetic and positive attitude

HOURS OF WORK 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

FTC - 3 months maternity cover, potentially longer
