Key Responsibilities:

Operate heat press machines and screen print machinery.
Pick and pack orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor and check stock levels.
Serve customers in our busy showroom with a friendly and professional approach.
Perform general factory duties, including some heavy lifting.
Work in a team environment, ensuring high standards of production and quality control.Ideal Candidate:

Experience working in a factory or production environment.
Knowledge of print and/or heat press is a strong advantage.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work.
Good computer skills, including familiarity with order processing and stock management.
Enthusiastic to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Shift pattern may be implemented starting in February so we would require candidates that can be flexibleLocation: Harrogate, HG2 postcode
Salary:

Starting at £23,000 - £24,500 during probation, with the potential for a salary increase after 6 months based on performance.Contract: Permanent
