Daytime healthcare are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Hildenborough, supporting 5 people with learning disabilities, autism, communication difficulties, and behaviours that challenge. The people we support are very active and enjoy swimming, long walks and bike rides so we are looking for support workers who are willing to get involved with this!
Job Description:
* Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
* Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
* Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
* Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
* Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
Who are we looking for:
* Must be fully flexible for all shifts across 7 day week
* UK Manuel driving license due to the lack of public transport near the service.
