Due to growth, they are currently seeking a high-performing individual to join their rapidly growing Solutions Team—a collaborative group of Software Developers, Analysts, and Project Managers who are dedicated to building and implementing forward-thinking solutions for their clients.
We are looking for someone who can help them Implement their solution into new clients, so someone with previous implementation experience is a must and it would be ideal if this experience was with finance systems.
What You’ll Do
In this dynamic role, you’ll:
Analyze & Design: Map "As-is" and "To-be" business processes and support customers in the design phase of projects.
Innovate & Solve: Translate customer needs into system configurations and identify consultancy opportunities to enhance business operations.
Manage Change: Oversee change requests, document integrations with third-party products, and provide seamless system implementations.
Train & Support: Deliver engaging training sessions, create materials, and provide post-implementation support to empower end-users.
Your Responsibilities
Take a lead role in project delivery, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Collaborate with teams across disciplines to achieve project goals.
Maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Leverage analytical skills to solve complex business problems and identify new opportunities.
