6-Month Fixed Term Contract - £50,000 - £60,000 pro rata

Our Corsham team have an opening for an experienced Risk Manager with Defence experience to support the planning, design and implementation of a robust risk management process.

You’ll play a vital role in the implementation of UK defence policy, collaborating closely with industry-leading technical experts and Ministry of Defence colleagues on assured delivery of this important national endeavour. Your responsibilities will include:

* Design & implement a robust & enduring PPM environment

* Develop, introduce and conduct risk processes, tool, risk management

* Create, introduce & communicate RACI, RAIDO & Risk Management Plan

* Establish and implement routine reporting, developing appropriate MI tools & presentations

* Establish & implement reporting drumbeat

* construct, devise, and implement risk training

* Support PPM training & communications

* Support the introduction & operation of a robust PPM governance framework, project controls environment and associated processes

* Working with PPM colleagues, commence monthly Holding 2 Account (H2A) against performance, time & cost

* Support PPM Lead and Programme Manager in delivery of the programme

Experience:

* APM qualified, experienced in Risk Management and Project Controls environment

* Min 2 years relevant experience in a complex, secure, defence environment

* A sole UK National

* Eligible to obtain and maintain a UK Government DV security clearance
