Are you a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service?

Our client, a leading provider of cross-Channel travel, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Terminal Support Staff.

We require individuals who can be available for on-call shifts, primarily during peak periods, such as school holidays (Friday - Monday).

What you'll do:

Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Offer a range of services, including food and beverage provision
Adhere to company policies and procedures
What we're looking for:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive and can-do attitude
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Flexibility to work on-call shifts, primarily during school holidays
The ability to reach the Folkestone site within 30 minutes of a call-out
What we offer

On-call shifts: £75 per shift
Pay rates for days (8am-8pm): £12.50 per hour
Pay rates for nights (8pm-8am): £15.00 per hour
