Role Overview:
As the Head of Clinical for the UK you will lead a small team of clinical specialists and nurse advisors across Acute, Community and Care Homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the lead Clinical expert for the UK and a current registered PIN
Work closely with Commercial, Operations and Product Management to develop, implement and deliver a measurable “Clinical” strategic plan.
Collaborate with R&D / Product Management teams to conduct clinical trials, evaluations, and pilot
studies for new products or improvements to existing products.
Act as the company’s clinical representative with key external stakeholders, including healthcare
providers, industry bodies, and regulatory agencies.
Be the key stakeholder and contributor within Service tender responses where clinical contribution is essential.
Provide representation at relevant Trade shows, conferences and potential delivery of keynote Clinical speaker sessions.
Develop and deliver training programs to internal teams (sales, marketing, support) on the clinical
aspects of products, focusing on benefits, correct usage, and patient care outcomes.
Support the Commercial leadership with expansion into new Category areas of Bariatric, ITU and
Paediatric.
What We’re Looking For:
You will be a current registered PIN.
You will have strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience managing clinical teams.
Graduate level within a relevant discipline.
