M&E Building Services Manager (Automotive Manufacturing Environment)
Location: Northamptonshire
Contract Length: 2-3 Months (potential for extension)
Daily Rate: £400-£500 per day (DOE)

Are you an experienced M&E Building Services professional with a background in manufacturing, seeking an opportunity to work with a cutting-edge automotive manufacturing business?

Are you ready for an immediate start with the opportunity to make an impact from day one?

If so, this contract with a leading manufacturer in the automobile industry could be just what you're after. As a M&E Building Services Manager, you'll have the chance to contribute to some of their most critical heavy engineering and high-risk operations on a key part of their site.

The contract is set to start with an initial 2-3 month term, with the possibility of extension based on the company's evolving needs.

Responsibilities for the M&E Building Services Manager:

Develop and manage maintenance schedules for building services and manufacturing machinery.
Oversee the operation and compliance of HVAC systems, CNC equipment, and other industrial machinery.
Coordinate preventative maintenance and organise rapid-response repairs to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimise operational efficiency and reliability.
Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance across all activities.The successful M&E Building Services Manager will have:

Proven experience in M&E building services within a manufacturing environment, ideally automotive.
Expertise in HVAC systems, CNC machinery, and industrial equipment maintenance.
Strong organisational skills to manage schedules and operational priorities effectively.
