Right now, we are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work within our Finance team but with a dotted line to our customer service team, on a full time, permanent basis out of our brand new offices in Kings Hill.
About The Role…
As our Purchase Ledger Clerk you will work closely with the Customer Service team to manage and maintain the purchase ledger function, ensuring that all payments made are accurate and only to legitimate suppliers, recouping all contra charges from retentions held via Evision, and fully supporting the Customer Service team to maximise cost recovery.
You’ll be responsible for processing all purchase ledger invoices in a timely and accurate manner across the customer service department, acting as a key finance member. You’ll have exceptional attention to detail and a highly conscientious approach to the purchase ledger function, ensuring high standards of accuracy and timeliness for invoice processing and invoice query resolution.
You’ll be able to use your organisational and administrative skills to support other members of the finance team as and when needed.

You’ll come from a similar position within a finance team, ideally from the construction sector however this is not essential. You’ll have excellent IT skills, be organised, and have a positive attitude.
