A local authority based in Gloucestershire are looking for their next Private Sector Housing Officer!

For this role, you'll need experience in:

🏡 Inspecting HMO's and serving notices.

🏡 Knowledge of The Housing Act 2004.

🏡 Handling enquiries and complaints related to housing conditions.

🏡 Carrying out HHSRS inspections and calculations.

This is a 3 month role, with the chance of extension. It will involve a mixture of both home working, and working in the borough.
