As a Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for:

The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager role will have:

Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a similar environment.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Strong leadership skills to develop and motivate a large team.
Flexibility to manage hours, including sleep-in duties.
A full driving licence.
