Head Butcher (HALAL) in Reading - CV-Library

Vortex Recruitment are seeking a experienced Halal Head Butcher for a family run company in Reading. They are taking the UK by storm growing rapidly.

You will be responsible for making sure your butchers are making the perfect cut to order, looking after your team, training new butchers, placing orders for meat & monitoring the ordering system.

Overall responsibility for quality and control. Eye for detail is essential.

If you have worked as a head butcher in a shop or in a abattoir dealing with the orders this could be the ideal role for you.

Must be able to speak Urdu or panjabi for this role.
