Technical Business Analyst - £60K - hybrid
Manchester
Hybrid - Min 3 days in Office
A fantastic opportunity to join a growing professional services organisation and implement business systems and process change.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the business' existing legacy systems and identify new system requirements.
Utilise strong communication skills to liaise with key business stakeholders to determine business needs and requirements.
Manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for the delivery of new features and changes.
Co-ordinate end-users, software vendors and development resources.
Support external and internal Product Owners.
Support a team of developers.
Create and supervise system test plans.
Support users with change control, release planning and system updates, contributing to training and user manuals.
Demonstrate leadership skills through mentoring and coaching the wider team.
Ideal Skillset:
Experience across a range of business systems.
Experience in digital transformation.
Agile ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic professional services environment.
Experience within a start-up / scale - up environment.
Ability to effectively engage and support stakeholders throughout the business including technical and non-technical teams and external stakeholders such as vendors.
Previous experience within a Business Systems Analyst Role
Technical experience - MS Excel,O365,SharePoint,Jira and Confluence
Salesforce (desirable)
