The Company
A well-established civil engineering company who have been operating in the industry for over 20 years. The company specialise in water and drainage projects.
The Project
As an experienced Project Manager, you will oversee and manage various projects for the company in accordance with company objectives and procedures. You will lead the project from inception to completion and ensure that all works are completed to specification, in budget and on time. You will also manage direct labour and any contractors whilst being based on site to ensure all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to. You will work on a large civils framework consisting of water treatment works, deep drainage and more, around the Yorkshire region.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
SMSTS
CSCS card
Experience in a Project Management role on large Civils projects (including water and deep drainage etc)
For this role it is essential that you hold the skills & experience below;
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Has excellent written & verbal reporting skills
Technical knowledge of construction and best practices
Project Management experience in the Construction industry
Knowledge of SHEQ procedures in a construction & civil engineering environment
Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme & Risk Management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting
