Monday to Friday 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Support system setup as part of a collaborative project team.
Investigate system issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
Conduct data analysis and produce project reporting for key stakeholders.
Prepare data CSV files for seamless upload into various systems platforms.
System testing: Ensure functionality changes are tested thoroughly against specifications.
Test and implement technology solutions that meet evolving business needs.
Document systems processes by creating clear procedures and flowchart diagrams.
Provide your expertise in MS Excel, working with complex data sets and offering insightful solutions.What You’ll Need:
Strong technical IT skills (Office 365 proficiency essential, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel).
Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve technical issues.
A keen eye for detail, able to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity.
Experience with system functionality setups, testing, and troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to document processes and collaborate across teams.Why Pertemps?
