SIA and First Aid Trainer

Llandarcy

£35k - £40k

Are you an expert trainer with a passion for delivering top-notch, industry-standard courses?

We have an exciting opportunity for an SIA Licensing & First Aid Course Trainer to join our client’s team who are a Highfield approved training centre and will be offering courses at their site in Llandarcy on a weekly basis

The Role:

* Deliver dynamic and compliant training sessions in SIA Licensing and First Aid.

* Keep training materials up to date with the latest industry standards.

* Manage and schedule courses, maintaining accurate records of student attendance and performance.

* Provide comprehensive joining instructions, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

* Produce timely reports on student progress and actively promote the Academy at recruitment events.

* Ensure a fast and efficient turnaround of results for licensing purposes.

The Person:

* Proven experience in delivering SIA and First Aid training courses.

* Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a positive learning experience.

* Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

* A minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent).

* Current SIA Door Supervisor, CCTV qualification, and licence.

* Valid First Aid at Work certificate and Assessor qualification.

* Updated annual certificate from an approved Level 3 programme provider, authorizing delivery of Level 2 physical intervention programs.
