Quality Development Technician / Engineer, Lincoln, £30,000pa, 8.00 – 4.30 M-T / 8.00 – 1.30 F, excellent benefits including enhanced pension
Arlington Moore is working on behalf of a successful company based in Lincoln who are looking to appoint a Quality Development Technician / Quality Development Engineer.
Reporting to the Quality Manager accountabilities of the Supplier Quality Development Technician / Quality Development Engineer include:
* Investigating and updating legacy PFMEA’s, control plans & process flows to the latest standard and reviewing associated documents & manufacturing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Developing or supporting the development of new PFMEA’s, control plans & process flows
* Maintenance of the company calibration system
* Conducting audits and supplier quality development
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge of the Quality Development Technician / Quality Development Engineer
* Experience in process engineering or quality roles with exposure to PFMEA.
* The ability to understand and interpret customer quality control standards
* Excellent computer skills, including the ability to efficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong ability to anticipate problems and propose viable solutions
