Job Description

Are you familiar with using SAP and have you got experience in working within Accounts? We have an immediate temporary opportunity for an Accounts Assistant. You will be working with expense claims working from the office in Liverpool on a Monday to Friday basis working 3 days per week. Paying £14.00 per hour.

What will you be doing as a Accounts Assistant?

We are wanting to hear from candidates who have experience in the following:

SAP experience
Processing of mileage claims
Processing of purchase orders
Updating the SAP system
Reconciling statements to purchase orders
Investigating invoice queries
Any ad hoc admin duties

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

You may have experience in working within the manufacturing industry doing double entry bookkeeping, purchase ledger or mileage claims
Accounts general experience, using SAP, or any other accounting software
Able to hit the ground running
Able to commit to 3 days per week
