Role: Experienced Service Advisor

* Location: Byfleet

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 or 07:30 – 17:30

* Salary: Up to £50,000 OTE

* Saturdays: 09:00 – 13:00 on a 1 in 6 rota

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service experience.

* Handle customer queries and bookings with professionalism and efficiency.

* Maintain accurate records and communicate technical information effectively between customers and the workshop team.

* Upsell additional services and products to enhance the customer experience.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in a service advisor role within the automotive industry.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* A passion for luxury vehicles and delivering first-class customer service.
