We are a family-run Craft Publisher and Content Production Company that specialises in work within the hobby and craft sector. We publish our work globally along with concept projects that are designed for specific markets and brands.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Marketing Coordinator to work within our fast paced, but small team environment. Focusing on developing and strengthening the awareness of the brands we manage. This role is to work as a Brand Marketing Coordinator across all social media and content communications and channels, with a focus on supporting and developing the social content strategy & activations, monitoring performance, and creating and scheduling content across multiple social channels.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role within our small team.

Your primary duties will involve:

* Collaborating with our Design Director to formulate monthly marketing strategies and ensuring their effective implementation.

* Crafting compelling copy, making basic design adjustments, and executing creative marketing initiatives across various channels such as online platforms, email campaigns, and physical promotional materials.

* Managing internal marketing efforts and fostering communication with stakeholders.

* Assessing the performance of marketing campaigns by tracking measurable metrics such as website leads, email engagement, and other relevant indicators.

* Identifying timely opportunities for content creation, including news updates and product launches, to ensure the swift dissemination of key messages.

* Coordinating events for brand activations and product launches in collaboration with our clients brand specialists and senior leadership members.

* Conducting thorough proofreading and copywriting for all marketing materials to maintain consistency and accuracy.

* Collaborating with the Design Director and the wider team to gain exposure to diverse marketing practices including digital marketing, print media, advertising, social media management, and brand development.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

* Minimum Education - A-Level or a Certificate of Higher Education in Marketing/Media/Design

* Solid understanding of marketing principles and practices.

* Demonstrable experience, qualifications, or a strong passion for marketing.

* Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of marketing materials.

* Proficiency in time and project management to meet deadlines and deliver results efficiently.

* Ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively within a team environment.

* Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva and Instagram/Meta scheduling tools.
