Key Responsibilities:

* Job Posting: Manage and upload job listings on the Aspire Rec2Rec website.

* Social Media: Create and post engaging content across all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to promote job opportunities, company updates, and industry trends.

* Brand Promotion: Assist in promoting the Aspire Rec2Rec brand through targeted campaigns, content creation, and online engagement.

* Market Research: Be aware of industry trends, competitor activities, and social media performance to inform marketing strategies.

* Reporting: Track and report on the performance of job posts and marketing efforts, providing insights for optimization.

Ideal Candidate:

* Strong interest in sales and marketing.

* Basic knowledge or experience in job posting and using job boards or recruitment platforms.

* Familiarity with social media management tools.

* Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage tasks independently.

* A keen interest in the recruitment industry (experience in recruitment is a plus but not required).
