About the role.

This is a new group-wide role to champion the commercial function as we continue to improve our ways of working through standardised processes. This role will primarily support significant transformation projects with high level change impacts for our business.

A key part of this role will be to become a proactive SAP Superuser. The right candidate is experienced and influential, with expert business process knowledge and experience within their business area. The contribution of Superusers will be crucial to our success. You will receive advanced training and become the SAP expert within the commercial function. You will also be part of a hypercare team, providing front-line assistance during go-live windows for SAP users in your function. Once the system is live, you will continue the role of a Superuser providing help and support to end users, ensuring they receive the right support or escalate issues through the appropriate channels. Over time you may be asked to support continuous improvement initiatives or future system upgrades.

More broadly, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful review and adoption of the standard Bakkavor processes and helping your colleagues understand and adjust to the new ways of working in your functional area. You will act as a key liaison between project teams and the business, providing critical support to colleagues and providing important feedback to various project teams.

Your key activities will be wide-reaching and varied, such as coordinating change activities with impacted functions, supporting business data activities, performing user testing in the new systems, reviewing and validating training materials, and engaging and communicating with impacted groups.

Role Accountabilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day SAP end users (colleagues) for their area of the business supporting with queries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
Coordination of change management activities across affected functions such as managing business impacts actions to ensure successful transitions to new standard processes and ways of working.
Communicate effectively with impacted colleagues, champion the changes and provide insight into impacted audiences.
Work closely with the project team and utilise your understanding of existing systems, processes and tools to assess and deploy the future-state solution.
Participate in SAP project activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), attend workshops, go-live preparation, and post-go-live support.
Work cross functionally and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) actively contributing or leading discussions using your knowledge of existing processes, data or systems.
Support business data activities including data cleansing and the validation of training materials.
Once the system is live in your area you will continue to be the first point of contact for end users, providing support and helping to escalate issues back into the Project ision tam as appropriate. About you
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Have an excellent understanding of your department/function the processes, data, systems and people.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with system implementations or upgrades.
Experience in managing change and resolving areas of resistance to change.
