My client, a well-established independent Planning Consultancy, is looking for a Dynamic Town Planner to join team in Greater Manchester. Furthermore, they specialise in a wide variety of sectors providing tailored planning advice across presidential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

The Position as a Town Planner

Manage a diverse caseload of planning applications and appeals.
Conduct site appraisals and planning policy research.
Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to deliver project goals.
Prepare detailed planning statements, reports, and supporting documents.

RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
Chartered Member of the RTPI (working towards)
Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
Demonstrable previous experience.
