Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Based in Cambridge, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate sub-contractors and suppliers

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

* Maintain project schedules and budgets

* Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers

* Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets the required standards

The Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry

* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site management

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* A valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualification is essential

* First Aid

* CSCS card
