Mechanical Maintenance Engineer 

Mintlaw, Aberdeenshire

£42,000 + 33 Days Holiday + Life Assurance 2 x Annual Salary + 4% Matched Pension

Rotating Shift Pattern (Changing every two weeks)

Earlies – 5 am – 2pm Monday to Friday

Lates – 12pm to 9pm Monday to Friday

Weekends – 7pm to 4pm Wednesday to Friday, 5am to 5pm Saturday and 8am – 2pm Sunday

Nights – 8.30pm to 5.30am Monday to Friday

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer required a very successful and well-established manufacturer.

The successful Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will come from ANY mechanical engineering background. Those from manufacturing, industrial and ex forces will all be suitable. You will have experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics have experience of planned and reactive maintenance.

Your role will be to work to PPM schedules and react to machine breakdowns on production machinery as required. You will be working in a high volume FMCG environment with a variety of production and processing machinery. The environment is refrigerated but suitable workwear will be provided.

The company are the largest provider of their product in Europe and can offer long term career stability.

The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Role:

•              Reactive maintenance on production and processing equipment.

•              Working to PPM schedules.

•              Working in a refrigerated FMCG environment.

The Successful Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

•              Comes from ANY mechanical engineering background.

•              Has experience working with hydraulics.

•              Happy to work in a high volume manufacturing environment
