Job Description

The role:
  
Your responsibilities day to day will be...

To develop professional and effective relationships across the business.
Delivery of Reward based projects.
Lead on salary benchmarking.
Manage pay review and annual bonus processes.
Support the development and maintenance of our internal grading structure including monitoring the internal grading structures, reporting on any exceptions and requirements for re-grading.
Delivery of Reward projects.
Lead the creation and maintenance of the global benefits matrix by liaising with country heads and local payrolls and bureaus.
Benchmark company benefits and produce business cases which provide rationale for new or improved benefits.
Lead on pension provisions
Support on reward analysis, creating data reports to support effective business decisions.
Work with the People Partners and Director of Reward to develop appropriate communication of group benefits.
Keep up to date on all current legislation/trends in reward and benefits and input into reward strategy development as required. 
Embed new reward practices.   
What do we expect of you? 
  
This role would suit an individual who has significant experience working in a reward and benefits role, with experience of managing global pay reviews. This role will require the induvial to be highly organised in order to manage multiple work streams. 
  
Collaboration and a desire to work with, and support, the wider People Team is essential to the success of this role, alongside an ability to demonstrate professionalism and confidence. You must be comfortable with engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.

Global pay and/or benefits experience
Understanding of local regulations and influencing factors
Takes initiative and is able to work independently 
Strong numerical and analytical skills with a preference for data and advanced Excel skills
Ability to solve complex problems where existing solutions may not be appropriate.
Exceptional attention-to-detail and ability to work with complex data
