Location: Potters Bar
Salary: £60,000 to £80,000, based on experience and competency

Role Overview:
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the estimation process.
You will provide detailed cost estimates, offer technical advice, and support the specification and sales process, from initial tender stage to final order.

Key Responsibilities:
• Estimating:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for architectural façade products. Handle the pricing process from tender stage to full, detailed quotations.

Experience & Skills Required:
• Proven experience in estimating, preferably within the construction or architectural façade industry.
• Strong knowledge of architectural façade systems, including design, materials, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with architects, contractors.
