Estimator - Fit Out / Shop Fitting

Location - Manchester

Salary - £50,000 to £65,000 plus package

Permanent, full-time position.

The company are looking for a Shopfitting Estimator to join their team.
Working predominately across the commercial, leisure and hospitality sectors, they are a shop-fitting and interior fit-out contractor working within the UK.

They are looking for a candidate who must have a minimum of three years experience in shopfitting estimating.

The Role:
• Developing relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Pricing new enquiries
• Requesting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
• Analysing quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
• Complete take-offs from drawings
• Interpreting tender documentation
• Marking up drawings
• Pricing variations
• Carrying out a cost analysis
• Managing subcontractor procurement
• Working in collaboration with the Project & Site Manager on each project

Estimator Requirements:
• Willingness to learn and a positive can-do attitude
• Interested in working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Proficient use of excel
• High level of numeracy
• Previous experience working in a similar role

The role itself will be predominately based in their Manchester office.
