Regional Facilities Manager

Covering Manchester and Leeds mainly but will cover Edinburgh and London from time to time, all expenses will be covered.
In this key position, you’ll work closely with regional Facilities Managers to support their teams, clients, and contract objectives, while also taking the lead on strategic initiatives alongside the National Account Manager. Your responsibilities will include coordinating operations, analyzing trends, managing budgets, overseeing CAD plans, and ensuring that services are delivered to the highest standard.
You’ll also have opportunities to expand your skills by covering team management and deputising during absences, ensuring that no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Enhancing operational systems and processes to align with company goals and contribute to strategic planning.
Driving performance and compliance across operations to achieve business objectives and deliver outstanding value.
Acting as a key point of contact for directors and stakeholders, while providing support to the National Account Manager.
Monitoring and managing SLA performance to ensure timely and effective task delivery.
Producing insightful reports, including trend analysis, on planned and reactive tasks.
Managing financial processes, from invoice administration to service charge tracking for multi-tenant sites.
Overseeing and maintaining CAD floor plans and subcontractor documentation.
Deputising for Facilities Managers across Manchester, Scotland, and London, ensuring seamless continuity during absences.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven Facilities Management experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Financial acumen with exceptional attention to detail.
A positive, solution-focused mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
Competency in Microsoft Office applications and CAD software.
A friendly, approachable personality and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Experience with CAFM systems like Concept Evolution.
A customer-focused approach and understanding of Health & Safety practices (IOSH or equivalent).
Knowledge of engineering, cleaning services, and space management (moves and changes)
