Job Title: Poultry Farm Worker
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Eye, Suffolk
Salary: Up to £27,500
 
ISQ Recruitment is partnering with a prominent client in the agricultural sector to recruit a Poultry Farm Worker. Are you passionate about animal care? This is your chance to make a difference in poultry welfare. As part of the team, you’ll take an active role in maintaining excellent standards of husbandry and care for birds, while following the instructions of the Farm Manager and adhering to biosecurity protocols.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Support the farm’s operations by maintaining animal welfare and production efficiency.
Assist in bird care, closely following guidance from the Farm Manager.
Manage litter, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for the birds.
Prepare the farm for chick arrivals and manage bird departures.
Ensure the farm remains tidy and properly secured.
Follow health and safety guidelines, and wear appropriate protective equipment at all times. Requirements:

No previous experience necessary; full training will be provided.
A genuine interest in poultry farming and animal welfare.
Must have own transportation due to the rural location.
Team-oriented with a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Open to undertaking additional tasks as needed to support the farm’s operations. Benefits:
